Still no news of software arriving i called Audi UK ME : Can you help find out when im going to get the required software update AUDI UK: Sorry we cant speed up the process ME: Can you find out when it will be AUDI UK: No sorry we cant do that, would you like me to chase the leeds audi management ME: What for, if you cant do anything what do you think they can do AUDI UK: I could log your case , someone will call you back next week ME : Dont bother
