Aah but I am in a D3... with 17's

More weight & smaller wheels = disaster

This is a useful site
http://www.nurburgring.org.uk/index.html

I have e-mailed the hotel we used last year to see if they have 8 rooms.

Are we thinking Friday out of Dover; Friday and Saturday night at the ring and Sunday night back?

I would love to be doing this, but unfortunately funds are a little tight, and I'll be looking forward to the Germany trip in August.

Other things are going on as well, which may mean a change of job, which may mean I'm actually in Germany a lot this year
