Thats what i did 120 something for the full set of arms. Can't remember when i changed them but they need doing again now, was a good couple of years ago and a few miles now.
I done it on the drive, nice and easy as long as you can get the pinch bolts undone. Start soaking them now every couple of days.

I believe I have now identified which arm is causing all the noise, its the upper one that goes inwards at the back of the wheel arch on the drivers side. When stationary, with the engine off if I turn the wheel I can here a knocking sound coming from the damper mount area.
I can just about reach the steering wheel and inside the arch at the same time, now if I touch this arm and turn the steering I can feel the knock through the arm. The joint thats playing up is the one on the damper mounting bracket rather than the outer one. Start the car and with the PAS running all is good again, no knocking at the wheel turns normally.
