FL 2.8QS - No Average MPG on DIS

It works just fine showing average mpg but the wife occassionaly sees it and starts wondering why we are driving a car which only does 22ishmpg

I think I know the issue now, I have not been able to use the drivers menu control due to a snapped off knob. If it is possible as you mention to enable/disable average mpg from within here that must be the reason its not displaying.

Will get hold of a new menu control box and try and enable it.
