I think I will take it as long as nobody beats me to it, I need to sleep on it and mull it over a day or two like I did with the C6...(which I ended up buying), I would need to get rid of my PF A8 though, I couldn't make the two work...

Hi , Amar is now the proud owner ....brought a tear to my eye seeing him drive off , but ho hum ...... so what next ...D3 S8 or very high spec diesel maybe ....
Anyway couldn't have gone to a nicer guy ... he now has a pair of brembo calipers for sale ... Steve

 Unfortunately, the car overheated about 1-3 miles from home, it was fine the 140 odd miles I did before I got it home so I hope it is something as simple as a coolant pipe popping off, bad luck I guess, not a drop in the coolant reservoir so I think it was a sudden thing rather than a gradual leak. I did hear a noise as I pulled off from a roundabout and could smell burning, then the coolant light came on and I noticed the temp had gone over 90... I've not had the time/energy to investigate as had to get home for a certain time and had a late night yesterday, so will investigate on a day I have more energy. Tintin - I'll send you a PM.
