I suspect it will be one DVD on both screens, since they are usually wired together to provide the same signal on both. The boot DVD player will only be a single drive mechanism inside.
IIRC If the screens are original Audi then TV should play on the rear screens, even in motion. However if this is aftermarket or retrofitted kit then most likely not.
