Hi Conan,

Just found out why these are £150. They appear to be the sat nav dvd.

Any more ideas?

Sorry. I have no more information on disks alone. The interface box with software loaded is available in 25 iterations based on chassis number at £850 a pop!

Seems to suggest that it can be done in one step using the 5570 disks. And turns out mine was 02.9.0 originally.

Well collected the disc this morning and couldnt wait so installed it in car park at work. Worked first time!! NOw my radio works again (YAY), i know have a clock on the MMI which i didnt have (YAY) and now the phone all works with my PAYG simcard (double YAY). So all in all, very very happy. Will go home tonight and install up to 5570, then will sort myself out with AMI!!

Thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction, your help has been invaluable!!
