The S8s are all on a minimum of 18" wheels as standard. Are you sure yours are 17"??

Or maybe an S4?
My 17" winter wheels (see lower pic here: http://forum.a8parts.co.uk/showpost....1&postcount=62 ) allegedly came from a 2002 S4.
Are yours like that (ignoring my resprayed centre caps)?

Sorry, they're 18"s. I was quickly trying to answer on my iPhone at work

Got underneath tonight and it looks like the hub is different as the calliper and carrier are bolted on from the side, not the back like the brembo. I've taken a picture. So, next question... will the newer Brembo compatable hub swap over?

Cheers for the replies.

take a look at THIS thread from when Oli upgraded his brakes and had to change hub carriers - sounds like you may have the same issue?

I read that earlier actually and I think you're right. I've enquired about a price for the callipers, rotors and hubs. From reading a few other things, it would appear that the hubs are the same apart from calliper mount so should swap straight over.

As Neil says, looks like you need to follow the same route as Oli, good thing is it's all 'plug and play' under there for the repacements

Just negotiated a really good price for both calipers, hubs and rotors, rear door cards inc blinds and rear shelf with elec blind and switch. It's a cash deal so its a 6hour round trip on Wednesday.

Do you want to meet up there, I might go check out seats, it's only 15 mile drive from me.
