If you desperately want red, then its probably your only available option. I love the wheels, and the piano black wood, other than that its fairly unexciting (to me)
I'm not 100% up on facelift spec, but as far as I can see it only has Exclusive Misano paint, double spoke alloys and Bose as extras. Seems a big contrast to the S8 dripping in toys that you were seeking before ?.

Red is like marmite
Depending on how long you would want it for....red is a good colour if like the car and want to keep it for a while....but otherwise I think u will find it difficult to shift quickly.
It is very difficult to take pictures of a red car and make it look right. Saying that though these 4.2tdi are becoming tempting for me....

Well I like the red color, two tone interior, wheels and 4.2TDI powerplant. Does not have many toys but I could see myself buying one like this in 3-5 years time when they drop in price.

ive been in touch with the seller
its 155 miles away from me and hes not prepared to travel,not even 11 miles to the last services on the M1 says he has a heavy work load so i will have to go all the way (so to speak) i do really want an S8 but the 4.2tdi is almost as quick when re-mapped and 30 mpg not 15... ive had 2 4.2tdi A8,s and i must say i do like that engine it goes well the only way forward on this one is to hpi it and go down with the money and hopefully drive it back
