Anyone With VCDS In The Heathrow Area?

Hey ladies and gents, Just wondered if there was anyone local to Heathrow or the Hayes / Uxbridge area with VCDS?

My 2005 D3 4.2 Quattro was in the shop, picked her up on Thursday evening. Looks like the boys there messed about with the MMI, as it was all in German. And after reverting back to English, I have some things missing from the Car menu in MMI.

1) ASS (Adaptive Sport Suspension) settings.
2) PDC (Parking Distance Control) settings.
3) Electric rear blind settings.

The items all work, just no means of changing any settings. Most important is the suspension, as I am due to have my wheels refurbished, but with no way of putting the system into Jacking Mode...

I need to enable the hidden menu, so I can restore the missing items, this is where VCDS comes in.

I'm in the Hayes area, but willing to travel to get my car plugged in. I'm more than happy to pay for time spent. Can anyone help?
