Hmm ,
There seem to be images on Google that would suggest that a PF S8 did have acc as an option .. so the worry of not being compatible is eliminated. But finding someone who has one is as rare as hens teeth

My 2010 still stop working below 20mph and it annoys the crap out of me. There is also some special brake bleeding procedure for the C6 when ACC is installed iirc, but not on the D3. There is definitely a bit more to the ACC design that is engine specific, but I don't know what. Perhaps reading up on some of the Audi SSP's will help...

I've asked my mate in Germany who has S8, just not sure if PF and if with ACC fitted so fingers crossed he has and is able to send me coding.

You won't like this bit
He has a PF S8 with ACC fitted in the factory, but he hasn't got a VCDS or any way of pulling that coding off the car. He goes with every single issue to Audi dealer. Sorry, I know it's very frustrating
