No joy with 4star classics - followed it up a couple of times and said what I would accept for the car for a quick sale before I taxed it and not so much as a 'thanks, but no thanks'!
I taxed the car for 12 months pre-budget at a cost of £270 (don't think it actually went up, but didn't want to run the risk it might!) so it's now taxed till the end of March 2014 I need to pull my finger out and put a proper ad on pistonheads....

Can't believe 4 Star's response!
 They're selling what they now know to be (assuming Amar called them) a non-FE, but described as an FE, with other inaccuracies in the description, for £14K, and yet they turn down a genuine top notch FE for around half that price.  But please, Adrian, stop putting photos of your car on here. You're getting closer and closer to getting me in real trouble with SWMBO. I just had to stop myself sending you a PM to ask what your best price might be!

Buy it, Jim. Will compliment the ebony nicely. I would, but need an RS 2 and a house first, so will get myself a sub 1k messy D2 instead.

Yeah, I've got a list of jobs/financial demands as well. New garage roof, donor car for the Spitfire, holiday for the whole family and partners this year.....
