seems to suggest here that its the control module rather than the sensor David, which would perhaps explain lack of info re rear/front

They should be reading 2.4v statically so either both have failed at the same time, which seems unlikely, or as suggested somewhere upstream....

Thanks for that Brian. It is all starting to point towards the control module which would account for the measuring blocks both being the same as well as out of spec, i guess?

With a bit of luck it will under the lower trim which appears easier. IT in another thread on the same subject states that, when chasing a defect on this system, he changed the control unit before removing the sensors as it was easier.

Ordered a new control module, but it won't arrive in time for the long weekend. Might have a look see for th existing module location whilst I wait.
