Alternative Uses for Centre Console Ashtray Space

Has anyone heard of or seen any alternative uses that the centre ashtray space can be put to?

Loudspeaker system, lights and sirens, pyrotechnic system to blow the doors out and fire suppressant system?

which one deploys the missiles?

mine has 2 cup holders there so its fine (always costa)
ash tray is much further up the centre console
and i use mine to pop the house keys in

however it looks impressive but doesnt compare with James Bond gadgets

Yes, I was talking about the ashtray area in front of the gear selector that has the removable plastic insert, I throw my keys where Conquistador has his missile launcher buttons, but would like to make use of that area in front for something when I remove the ashtray.
