Wiper Motor And Mechanism New Genuine 4D2955023E
As the title says, D2 wiper mechanism for sale.
Genuine part purchased from Audi tradition. Cost me approx £650 landed in the UK so price is £650 plus delivery. Thanks for looking.

2003 D2 FL S8. Irish Green Pearl/Beige. Solar sunroof, auto-dim mirrors, electric rear seat functions and extended leather. Ski hatch retrofit. Aftermarket reversing camera. DVB-T and XCarlink now removed as redundant. 2016 Volvo V40 T5 Cross Country (4WD) with ALL the toys including adaptive cruise etc. etc. Osmium Grey with Blonde/Charcoal leather interior. Polestar performance "optimisation".  (Even rarer than a D2 S8!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!  Finally: gone, but not forgotten..... 1998 D2 PF S8. Agate Grey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, Tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors. e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course.  (internal dimming mirror added later)1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon. Added Auto-dim mirror, Leather seats, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer. And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

Not sure where you're based but if you're interested and have to travel a reasonable distance to collect, you can have it for £600. Helps with fuel costs and saves me the hassle of dealing with couriers.

So I'm now the proud owner.
 When I get round to fitting it are there any tricks, special tools, preparation/lubrication/calibration etc. required? At first glance it's wipers off, scuttle cover off (been there, done those before) one electrical connector and just a few bolts..... but appearances can be deceptive.

When I replaced mine some years ago, IIRC, I found it a bit fiddly getting the old unit out and the new one back in, particularly around the bonnet struts. It will go, but cover the o/s wing so you don’t mark that lovely paint!

Current mods: solar sun roof, 20mm rear spacers, 15 mm on front, red brembo callipers, 6k headlights, rear view camera, engine remap, alloy dash dial rings, alloy navi rings, tt/phaeton pedal upgrade, (and custom matching foot rest) dension ipod interface & parrot hands free kit (both fully hidden), av input, tv in motion switched thro' PF switch in blanking plug right of steering column, Audi 'quattro' sill covers, repositioned centre console switches, radio clock, .Planned mods: auto-dimming rear view mirror, dash cam (as steamship's), fit the ski hatch, refit philips drl's (or maybe not - nope, definitely not - horrible botch!).
