That picture isn’t too useful, all I can see is the FM tuner and the DVD Navi.
If you have TV it will be behind that upright silver box (FM).
I added a bluetooth HiFi DAC to my Digital Tuner On Aux 1 and it only cost around £200 including the Digital tuner
