Oil for Christmas meet.
Not to pollute Xmas meet thread if anybody wants me to bring some discounted Quantum Longlife III 5W30 oil to the meet, please, post here.
Last time I bought price was £26 for 5l can but I was able to negotiate £22.50 as I was buying 8 cans. The price now is £27 for single can but I should be able to get better price for multiple purchases depending on quantity. RRP for them is £49.99 as far as I know. He also sells Platinum 5W40 and Synta if you want cheaper, not sure of prices as I only use Longlife III and still change every year. So far I need 2 cans for friends- 1 each as theirs are A4 and A6 1.9 TDI's and only need around 4.5l each. And 2 cans for Neil(Architex_mA8tey). Quote:

I have been on the phone with seller now. He says the the best he can do is £25 a can if I buy over 5 which I will. So the price now is £25 and if I do negotiate lower price I will keep the difference. 1l can is £5 which is rather low. He can also get filters or other parts but need reg number for that. Deadline for ordering is early morning (6am) of 27th December because I work night shifts and seller needs info by 8-9am but I will be snorting by then.
