Could we call it a gear change leaver attachment please. This thread is stating to sound a bit homoerotic!

>> My darling wife keeps saying I should get a high quality knob
Perfect. We're all set. Now we have great explanation for women of where the money goes. The essential missing part of the write up. >> Anyone know if there are colour options? Lovely mod, but not in a beige interior perhaps? No color options, only leather type. I have "swing grey" interior. Close to beige. I would say black leather matches climate control color and knob metal matches polished metal of gearbox trim. IMHO should match any interior since gearbox trim is always chrome and climate is always black. Old knob (sorry, I just can't call it "change lever attachment"):

I think the black leather looks on the change lever attachment looks better than the grey one in my car.

Excellent mod mate I will try and do a similar mod myself, only with the non-perforated leather(on my LHD PF)
I might contact you on a PM for details. Cheers /Jake

I have to say that the idea of a perforated knob brings a little to the eyes!!!
Cracking mod though, and it does look right at home in there.....probably a simple mod for the D3's too As for colour options, surely there's knobs in black, brown, and probably a dodgy shade of purple! |
