Sounds like the tiptronic gear box isn't getting the message that you want to change from auto to manual from the gear selector so I would look at that first.
If the shifter picked up the change to manual when you move it to the side then the display would be changing to show manual gears.

nothing happend when i move the shifter to the tronic position
the problem must be in transmission electronic module or in shift contacts?can u explain to me? as i told up the screen of transmission dosent apear in panel
