Audi Umbrella
Popped in to Audi to get 2 new tyres, while there I mentioned the large Audi branded umbrella.
They said they will sort me out with one, I was expecting to pay the £30-£50 for one but when I was walking out to the car with the service rep he said he put one in the car for me and don't worry about paying. I was happy. Here's some pics. Badge in the base and a protective cover.  Cover half off  Cover off  Check out the Audi branding. Next stop baseball cap and jacket!!  Lovely shaft  Internal  External  Fitted in the car.  And a video.  Enjoy.

Nice - could do with one to replace the tatty Seat branded one we have from our LCR owning days! Wonder if they'll have any at ADI?

 Which production company made it?  Seriously, great accessory and excellent price! I Love that the "Brelly" is always on top - no digging for it. I would faint if an Audi dealer here in the US gave me anything but a dirty look. This summer on a road trip in Ankeny, Iowa the Audi dealership manager gave me a keychain as consolation for being unable to sell me a couple hats ("The girl with the keys has gone home, sorry"). Next day drove 20 miles out of our way and, despite expecting us, "The Girl" had gone home early, and we were told the manager was at lunch. The friend who was considering, on my advice, an Audi over the car she was ready to buy, decided to go with the lesser vehicle right then.

DVB-T and XCarlink now removed as redundant. 2016 Volvo V40 T5 Cross Country (4WD) with ALL the toys including adaptive cruise etc. etc. Osmium Grey with Blonde/Charcoal leather interior. Polestar performance "optimisation".  (Even rarer than a D2 S8!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!  Finally: gone, but not forgotten..... 1998 D2 PF S8. Agate Grey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, Tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors. e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course.  (internal dimming mirror added later)1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon. Added Auto-dim mirror, Leather seats, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer. And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!
