Yeah one thing I found was that there's a lack of places inside to use to pull the screen back into the headrest, I'm tempted to use the outer shell to hold the excess leather then wedge the screen in to the recess ontop of the leather.

Not made any cuts yet, still planning,

Done it

Well, took it slowly, most of the day actually but I now have a 7" tft screen mounted in the headrest. I still have the other one to do, it's actually not to bad a job to do just each stage takes you further away from a complete headrest so can be quite nervy. Cable flows down through tube so it's a hidden install.

Anybody interested because if so I'll take loads of pictures tomo while I do the second one and do a write up afterwards.

Here's some pics to see, apologies for the quality, iPads not known for there camera prowess

looks pretty good actually, write it up with pictures when you do the other and I'll add it as an upgrade sticky. I was looking at those very screens on ebay so would be interested to see what the finished picture quality and your views on the features are once you get them up and running

looks quite good so what did you do bolster it up round the edges with more foam?

I've done the guide but i've put it into the correct section for ICE instead of interior trims

I did bloster up the edges, i basically trimmed the back bit that was removed, made strips longenough to go over the ply frame and in between the leather. Anymore than that and you'll have trouble stretching the leather back again.
