ANNUAL MEETING - Final Details

OK Guys n Gals after a day of meetings and romping around the area yesterday (thanks to Conan, Reffro and Singh etc for their help!) here is the agenda and details for the Annual Meet -

FRI 3rd JUNE
Evening - Arrive at Hotel, meet in the Bar for a drink and catch-up!

HOTEL DETAILS
Main Hotel -
STONELEIGH PARK LODGE - Stonleigh, Nr Kenilworth
we have agreed a room rate of £65 for doubles and twins PER ROOM including cooked breakfast and £60 for singles
Contact Catherine or Jody and mention Audi A8 Owners Meeting when you are booking so that they know.
There is camping or caravanning/motorhome also available at the site
for £8/night for tents (+£2 if electric required) and £15/night for caravans and motorhomes (+£3 if electric hook up required)

At present there are 9 rooms available on Friday night and 25 Rooms available on the Saturday night so can I please ask you to book as soon as possible to reserve your rooms if you wish to stay here

Alternative hotels near to the Country Park where we will start the proceedings on Saturday morning are -

Ok on with the Agenda -

SATURDAY 4th JUNE

am - leisurely breakfast

Meet to begin at 10am
at
COOMBE ABBEY COUNTRY PARK
We will meet here catch up with each other, check the cars out, hopefully get some photos taken in the impressive grounds etc prior to departing on the TREASURE HUNT. Car parking is £3.50 for the day so come with some change and there are toilet, baby changing facilities and a cafe near the car park at the park, plus seating areas etc. We can hopefully get some great pics in front of Coombe Abbey Hotel itself which would look amazing.

11.30am TREASURE HUNT (Part 1) departs Coombe Abbey
Points make prizes!!!!
The scenery and area for the treasure hunt is both fun to drive and beautiful to look at so make sure you register a team on the attendance thread NOW!

1.30pm We will all arrive at THE LEOPARD INN for a lunch break (great pub with great food) where we have an area reserved for us to eat (fixed 2 course menu is £10 but you can choose as much or as little to eat as you wish!)

2.30pm TREASURE HUNT (Part 2) departs The Leopard Inn

4.30pm arrive back at the hotel at STONELEIGH PARK

6.30pm Meet at the Hotel Bar for presentation of treasure hunt prizes followed by a Barbeque at 7.00pm (£11/head or do your own thing)

Evening at leisure talking car bollox etc!

SUNDAY 5th JUNE

Leisurely Breakfast

10.30am Dependant on weather - if it is DRY we will

Cruise from hotel to BILLING AQUADROME for the NSRA Car Show, which has hot rods, street rods and classic american cars on view, plus excellent facilities for a family day out etc
Costs are £10 per vehicle entry and no other admission fees.

If it is WET then we will

Cruise to THE HERITAGE MOTOR CENTRE at Gaydon where we will be able to get a fix of cars inside!
Costs are £11.00 for Adults and £8 for children aged 5-16 or free below that

Everyone is welcome to come for any of the days and meet up and say hi - even if you just want to come to Coombe Abbey and say hi or meet us in the evening at the hotel. . . just indicate what you'll be doing and let us know numbers please!!
