Nearly, Very nearly.
This was so nearly mine, after 2 days of mulling, research, insuring, financing and talking to the guy I nearly got it at a very reasonable price, but got pipped to the post by someone who put a deposit down at a considerably higher price < 2 hours before I was due to shake on it. Hey ho. Back to the drawing board.....
