DRL + tail lights, How???
Guys, how could I possibly have the tail lights come on together with DRLs??
Obviously if I turn the light switch to sidelight position they come on as standard but then DRLs are dimmed. We are talking day time driving scenario. Reason? I just like when the frames are lit even in the day light, but I don't want to lose the full brightness of DRLs during the day as that the whole point of having them. Thanks in advance PS. wiring DRL pins together with tail lights pins on 23pin and 32pin connector??

Look in Central Electronics > Coding, and if the D3 supports it it will popup with the coding changes. (it does on later Audis) (not sure if the free version of VCDS has the coding helpers)

Hello mate
I've got full VCDS version and yes, it has coding helpers but I was playing a lot recently with central electronics and coding is for the front headlights only, plenty of options, but front only. Thats why I thought that only option I've got left is wiring DRLs with Taillights, but if I do that then when Xenons are DRLs will dim so do Taillights, correct ??? A 4 pin relay could do the job ???

OK, so after 11 months and 51 weeks Thanks to Scott solution is very very simple.
Ignition ON --> VCDS ON --> [09] Central Electronics --> CODING --> change the LAST DIGIT to 2 (Northern Countries, Sweden, Finland, Norway) --> DO IT --> Exit Controller --> DONE  Thanks Scott
