Default Axial joint (inner tie rod) wrong type received

Hi.

I needed to change my inner tie rods and as always i ordered from Rexbo.eu by searching the oem no from Etka which is b4D0422821a The Letter B i removed when searching as it gave no hits either on rexbo or google.

The search gave me multiple options and i might have been a tad quick when ordering.

I ordered this Axial joint

of course this was replaced by a part from Triscan but the problem is that is 2 x outer treads. that surely wont work with my new tie rod end that also has an outer thread. While having another look at rexbo i see that there is multiple choises that all matches the same oem part no and some of them have 1 x outer and 1 x inner thread which is correct.

So my question is if this is correct? are there different setup of axial and tie rod ends for the FL S8? Has rexbo maybe matched to many parts to the oem parts no?

Here is the list of matches when searching by oem parts no.

Any thoughts on this while rexbo is checking their side.

Brgds Jan

If I were in your place I would replace the complete tie rod with Meyle HD. It is a bit more expensive but that is complete rod and HD version with 4 year warranty.
