currently have a d3 a8 4.2 with a gas conversion
doesnt look too bad in the pictures

rang and enquired about car and was told by "jason" no faults

went to look at vehicle ...... oh my god

windscreen cracked completly across front
mmi screen broken
heated seats wouldnt turn off
engine light on , misfiring badly
gearbox fault , dashboard lit up like a christmas tree
heating and ventilation system broken
door handles broken

if theres anyone out there thinking of looking at it or purchasing
dont even bother goin to look at it , its a pile and the salesmen are complete and utter liars

it wasnt for myself
a friend of mine wanted to buy the car and asked if i would go and have a look
with him as hes not familiar with a8,s at all

he has since bought an e class mercedes

Yep we live near there and was over there at the end of last year . Took an old Honda CRV out which looked out but once my wife took it for a spin around the block found that the it was missing and also had a blow in the exhust and the engine light was on. they where looking for £1.500.

I did see that Audi A8 there and it looked good on the outside but i'm gald I did not look into things anymore. That's a lot of problems to deal with and would just walk away..I think at they time they where looking for about £3.500
