I haven't looked at any others on eBay for price comparison or anything else, but with what you have in mind it should be fine. I did notice that it comes with a couple of attachments which mine didn't that could be helpful, especially the mirror attachment to give the 90 degree angle view. I don't see any mention of software for the camera, but if it doesn't come with a mini-cd (8cm) I've got the camera software from mine which should work.
