Sunvisor Mounts.. how do you remove them?
 

Hey guys I'm trying to remove the sunvisor mounts which seem almost impossible at the moment. According to ELSA, you have to prise out the cover cap first to expose the screws..but how do you even get the caps off... does any clue please. thanks :)
