Digital Speedo

Anyone know if there is an option to have the speed as a digital value on the instrument cluster like in other Audi models?

Yes there is, but it's for non-ACC D3's with the wide screen cluster.

I'm fairly sure it came into most Audi models around 2007, the A8/S8 included.

My TT / Q7 has it, so did my RS6, and my D3 S8.

Mine has wide cluster (which comes with ACC) and the digital speedo can be selected by cycling through using the button on the underside of the wiper stalk but that's a 57 facelift car so...

Yes, just re-reading Marcins Widescreen retrofit guide and the pattern is the digital speedo was available on PF and 1st FL D3's without ACC. Model Years 08+ (like yours) it was probably available on all widescreen clusters regardless of ACC.

Guy swapped my 2004 3.0TDI display for a newer wide screen display. Now I do have a digital speedo, amongst other things that I wanted.
I suppose this means that it is instrument cluster dependant rather than car.
