Boot lid liner removal*

Hi,
Can someone let me know how I go about removing the boot lid inner liner. Got myself some post 2008 led rear lights but stumped how to fit them! *Haven't looked yet but assume the outer lights should be reasonably easy, it's just the ones in the boot lid.*
