My A8 Sport going today :(
 

Well my A8 has been running on an ebay auction for the past 2 days and today is the last day. The reserve has been met so it looks like it will be sold to someone.....

The auction has actually gone better than I expected so far....and I m curious to see how it will end .....but I have to say over the past few years I have bought and sold various cars and I have been lucky to drive some absolutely stunning cars....this will be the first time I will genuinely be sad to see it go.....

I looked at the eBay link and what an interesting interior! Dashboard is brown and door cards are blue. Never seen thus combination before. I always thought dashboard should match upper color of the door card.

I'm planning door cards upgrade and I thought about color of the door card that doesn't match the dashboard. My dashboard is platinum grey color and I wanted soul black door cards...

Now I see some cars came with non marching colors from manufacturing plant... Do you have interior picture with closed door by any chance?

I actually replaced the whole interior when I bought the car from cream to black. The doorcard are actually black but look dark blue in the pictures...probably the light.

I was lucky in truth that the two colours actually blended together quite well.

I will take a picture with the door closed for you....and post it up.

Thanks Mike for your comments.....I actually used Ian's adverts as a guide....I just didnt know how to put pictures into the advert itself...will have to learn one day.

The PF cars door cards always looked kind of blue, and there was also a very rare 'blues' interior colour which was actually a darkish blue, just to confuse.

The Facelift cars however were much more co-ordinated, and black, is actually black... Or Soul if you prefer. +++
