Leon not starting
 

Anyone help with this?

1.9 TDI 90 horse, cranks but won't fire up, someting to do with the turbo actuator. Not at home until Friday to have a look for myself but something clicks in that area and when the black plastic part is pushed down it will fire up and run. Just wondering if this is a common problem with this engine?

I know nothing about this subject but have had a quick look around (its lunchtime!) and the second seems a comprehensive post about 1.9tdi turbos which MIGHT help.

I think it could be the Anti shudder valve sticking, so it'll be cleaned when i'm home next. Poor Mrs Dez will have to struggle on.
