16346 - Control Module - ROM Error
 

I ran a scan and there was this and it wouldn't clear - should I be worried? Tried to google and search this forum but not much joy.

If everything works, then I'd not be too worried.. though it could be a sign of something degrading in the dash.

Have you or a previous owner ever had the car remapped? Some cars get those errors when the mapping has been played around with.

Not that I'm aware of and last time I did a scan it wasn't there.

With apologies to Hughes Mearns (and Audifin, as this isn't any help at all), but the post reminded me of his poem, which I have mutilated:
