PWACKA8s 4.2TDI First Impressions
 

Well i had my first run in my 4.2tdi this week down to Surrey and back , what can i say (except for breaking down 10 miles from home) super comfortable , fantastic ride , fantastic stereo , immense engine with power on tap.

Even managed to get over 39mpg with the cruise set to 70 .

Im well impressed , ive come from a GS300 lexus which was a lovely motorway cruiser but the A8 is deffo a step up.

Still need to do a few jobs (namely find out why it keeps cutting out with less than half tank full) but nothing has put me off yet.

My last car was a GS300 too - as you say, the 8 is a step up :)
