Perhaps this has no relevance but I was told and had it confirmed in email all Audi replacement parts are covered by a two year warranty so surely that a least applies? I double checked this when I swapped out the air compressor and kept the email for good measure!
£22,000 is one hell of a job and regardless of change of ownership should have some warranty cover even if you wouldn't want them near I again!
