Yes, there was a recall on the coils so assuming your car has not been done then chances are you can get a whole new set for free. To find out just call your nearest dealer service dept. with the reg number of VIN and they can look it up.

Not sure it will fix the occasional starting problem, mine does it once every 3 weeks or so as well. I did some googling and I believe its a software issue from what I found out. Mine seems to happen if the start button is pressed rather than the key in the dash. I did have a link saved, but cannot find it now.
