Tyre pressure for standard 2001 S8

I've looked in the book, I've looked inside the petrol filler flap (no stickers

) I've even tried the 'Use the SEARCH Luke' function on the forum...

I've looked on the net with the reg number and I get various tyre pressures as well as various tyre sizes!!

What should I be running on my stock 245/45/18s?
