New windscreen-1, Auto lights-0

Hello all

I had a new windscreen fitted, all good, however now when lights are set to auto main beam is on all the time, quite annoying as the satnav stays dark.

I am assuming there is a light sensor in the rear view mirror assembly that has been fiddled with somehow?

Also, does the battery need to be disconnected for a windscreen replacement? I noted the time was incorrect and a few other settings were different when I picked the car up and wondered if that had effected the auto light settings?
