can some one help me with my windscreen washers ?

my washers have stoped working unless i pulse them flat out for 5 mins to get a tiny dribble out of them ?

the motor is making plenty of noise but just nothing coming out ?
plenty of washer fluid before you ask haha

if any one has the how to guide on replacing the bottle ect as i dont have elsa win

A8 W12 D3 6.0L

winter is fast approaching and im having trouble seeing where im going if any one can help that would be great
