Sat Nav problems

Hi Guys ,
i cant seem to get the satnav to work , i can input a destination ok but then when i set off nothing happems apart from the screen saying "destination" and showing an arrow which changes direction on the screen . when i select route it shows nothing with any relevance to where i am , it looks like it thinks i'm in scotland or something
I also get a warning saying "Position is located outside of the digitised road network"

occasionally the screen goes a bit mad like in the photo .

I have a disc inserted which i have also attached a photo of ,

any ideas anyone
