Rear vents & Handbreak trim fitment

Hi There,

Messing with the arm rests and need to feed some cables up and under. How quite do you remove the rear passenger air vents / heated seat controls and the big bit of trim over the transmision tunnel under the hand break etc .....I don't need to fully remove, but certainly loosen up more than the two screws at the back on the sides do!
