Default Is this likely to be a transmission fluid leak?

For the last little while I have been noticing a small amount of fluid has dripped onto the pavement after the car has been left overnight.

It has emanated from somewhere above the bumper and drips from the region where the lower bumper skid connects to the under engine plastic cover. (pictures attached)

Would I be correct in assuming that this fluid is leaking from the radiator region? I am guessing that it might have something to do with the transmission fluid cooling. The fluid is clear and slightly oily when rubbed between my fingers.

I would like some advice on what I might have to remove in order to investigate this situation further.

Thanks very much,

Paul
