Iridium plugs

Are the denso vk20 iridium tough plugs the best plugs you can buy ? I want to change my plugs ( all 12 of them) and as i know its not going to be an easy job then i would like to get the best i can. Does anybody know any better plugs or longer lasting plugs ?
