Default Driving in France

As i come up to another trip to france, ive just been told about new regs

First is that they have made the use of speed camera equipment including database files illegal, and have the power to sieze sat navs, waring devices, or car if built in. fortunately/unfortunately a8s dont have this issue.

second - a new law will require all vehicles to carry 2 breathalisers. This doesnt make much sense to me, these people knowingly drive drunk, so why would they take a breathaliser test.

i understand the sentiment but they would probably save more lives by getting the shooting fraternity to carry them instead, they routinely down shots of Pineau before during and after shoots. a relative of mine went on such a shoot and had never been so scared in his life.

one of these laws is already in force the other expected in april, cant remember which way round it was, think the breathaliser is already in
