How much are 20" tyres?

Still looking at the first a8. Hoping to speak to vendor tomrow.
How much do people pay for the 20" tyres?
With it being 4x4, is it vital for a matched set or at least pair across each axle? Just thinking about my experiences of my Legacy TT
