I have tried to mod this now... and I must say I think theres difference between the A8/S8 models in the year range...
I have to mod this ALOT to make it fit  the girth of it needs to be about half of what it is(sanding down atleast 2 millimeter in diameter)Just did the center console with carbonfiber vinyl... must say it fresh'ens up the car.. Pictures will be supplied once the whole mod is complete
