Naturally I would expect you to do the insides as well, Neil! The longest job last time I did mine was getting the glue off from the insides where previous weights had been positioned. Thats why I didnt get the rears done at the same time.

As you can see from the posts, Darren, there are as many recommends as there are people on the forum. The key thing is to get it done as soon as possible after re-furb so you dont have a lot of crud to remove from the crevices and corners.
