Just send them back they are junk.
I don't know why they go on about CANBUS, the CANBUS has nothing to do with bulb fault detection or warning, it is done by measuring current draw. That means you need to be pulling pretty much the original 5 Watts which is not really plausible from LEDs on something that would fit in that tiny hole.
