You really need to get all the wheels on a balancer, I suspect either one or more are out of round. I had a weird issue with my D3, slight vibration but not felt anywhere and it was my OSF front wheel essentially hopping down the road as it was out of shape, the front wheel you can see in my sig. The outside edge was completely fine, but the inner rim was all over the place.

A wheel specialist has improved it significantly, but it was so far out he could not get it completely round.
