£28k is a really good price too. I have been eyeing 2012 C63 coupes with performance pack on Autotrader, and its a struggle to find one for £32k. And its a slower and smaller car than the RS6.
Unfortunately both of these are out of my price range at the moment, saving for a house is top priority. Very tempting though.

Ah, you guys are pitching it all wrong.
Its not a car to keep for ever, just something to tick off the bucket list, that also has the huge benefit of being (Rather rapid) transport. You can indulge in your bucket list fantasies, and even sell the normal day to day car saving money in the process. When finished, sell it on again. Plus, you will be home faster / get to the diy store faster / <insert whatever white lie here>  Maybe you three should go in three ways, 9.3K each. Store is at Ronnies house as its most central?....
